Since turkey is not very popular outside of North America, not as many test have been conducted for turkey containing foods. The antioxidants in turkey meat appear to be higher than beef and chicken. For example, this turkey dog has an ORAC value which is almost 30% higher than a beef hot dog. The brand of dogs used in this test was from Norway.
