Whether it's a Butterfinger bar or Hershey's milk chocolate, is it good for you? For the most part, no. Highly processed bars typically contain a lot of sugar and very little cocoa content. Though a higher quality bar of milk chocolate which contains more cocoa is an excellent antioxidant source. Though dark chocolate is the winner for nutrition.
